ADS Supports Warrior Week for USO of Hampton Roads!

ADS is proud to be a sponsor of Warrior Week, presented by our partner non-profit USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia.  Warrior Week kicked off last night and runs through June 1st.

Warrior Week is the first event of its kind and brings together various physical, therapeutic, and recreational organizations from across the country that focus on the rehabilitation of wounded service members.  This week-long event gives wounded warriors and their families the opportunity to participate in various activities including adaptive water skiing and kayaking, coastal fishing, a horsemanship therapeutic program, surfing,  and parachuting out of perfectly good airplanes. There will also be national representation from the US Sailing and US Cycling organizations!

Participating organizations include Equi-Vets, Hearts for Heroes, Heroes on the Water, Ride2Recovery, Two-Top Adaptive Sports, US Sailing, Wave Warriors, and Wounded Wear.  ADS will have volunteers at some of these events and we are really looking forward to helping support the these organizations and the work they do in support of our wounded warriors and their families!
