Family of Boats and Motors (FOBAM)

The FoBaM program provided low profile transportation in a variety of aquatic environments.

We worked with Wing Inflatables to develop a new, efficient manufacturing solution that passed Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) inspection. It involved monitoring the supply chain’s critical path to ensure on-time delivery and identifying early indication of scheduling delays. In some cases, we mapped out the second and third tier of the manufacturing hierarchy to ensure the end product’s United Statement manufacturing origin could be easily verified for compliance with the Berry Amendment.
