Night Vision Depot – Binocular Night Vision Device (BNVDG) with Gain Control

The Night Vision Depot (NVD) Binocular Night Vision Device (BNVDG) is a dual tube night vision goggle/monocular with Gain Control. Each eyepiece has an independent gain control knob to allow the user to adjust the tube brightness (gain) lower to compensate for overly bright conditions or to increase the gain under extreme dark conditions. The user can also lower the gain in one eye so that when the binocular is removed one eye is more dark adapted. The NVD-BNVDG utilizes MIL SPEC accessories and optics. It includes head and helmet mounting options for the AN/PVS-7D, AN/PVS-14, AN/PVS-7A/C, AN/PVS-15 and AN/PVS-18. Optional ANVIS mount is available, however the BNVD is not approved for aviation use. Switching from one mounting system to another can be accomplished by the end user within minutes.
