The NVG flip-up mount features an ultra lightweight and maintenance free design made out of reinforced nylon to endure desert sand and salt water. The vertical, horizontal, tensioning knob and the tilt adjuster allow the user to adjust the optics perfectly to his eye. It fits a wide variety of helmets and the interchangeable dovetail and bayonet adapter permit mounting a wide range of optics. Fits the Ops-Core VAS shroud. The one hole shroud attaches to the MICH helmet using a clip and a single screw. Cadex Helmet Strap Kit allows a NVG flip-up to be attached on any helmet shell available without drilling holes in the ballistic shell. The rear bracket includes a mounting point for attaching accessories such as battery pack or counter-weight. The strap ratchet system allows the user to install and remove the strap easily and rapidly.
