The Avon C50 Protective Mask was developed from the Avon Protection US Military Joint Service General Purpose Mask (JSGPM). Key technologies from JSGPM were utilized to provide operational flexibility and long lasting comfort while countering multiple threat scenarios including chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological (CBRN) agents, toxic industrial chemicals and toxic industrial materials. Available in three variable sizes, this twin port mask features a panoramic flexible visor, voice projection unit and high flow fail safe drink device. The C50 is NIOSH CBRN Cap1 approved when outfitted with a CBRNF12B filter, and is NIOSH 42 CFR84 riot control CS-CN-P100 approved with the CTF12 filter.
