Tactical Electronics Watchman is a portable spectrum manager. Watchman surveys the available radio spectrum collecting known and unknown signals into a database. With this information, the user may assign frequencies, determine when and where signals are being emitted, or even what type of radio is being used based on the characteristics of the signal. The frequency database is DISA importable or exportable giving the user total dominance of the radio spectrum in an operational theater environment
