This system “lightens the load” by integrating audio and visual systems. A full color head mount display (HMD), tactical headset, rugged mouse, dual push-to-talk (PTT), and all necessary cable interfaces have been combined.

The HMD presents full color video and augmented reality (AR) symbols on a see through optic. The HMD contains an OLED display with SVGA (800×600) resolution. The HMD has multiple attachments to enhance imaging performance across a range of environments. A self-calibrating tracking system is integrated to ensure that all AR symbology is presented accurately (±1.7°). The tracker operates in GPS denied areas and alerts the Operator when this or other models are entered. The dual comm tactical headset provides active and passive hearing protection as well as ambient amplification (whisper mode).
