Harrier™ discreetly provides on-the-move tracking and C3 on Android-based mobile devices. This new and innovative capability solves the challenging problem of providing vehicle and dismounted command situational awareness (SA) of deployed assets for tactical operations and surveillance requirements. With Harrier loaded on an Android tablet or smart phone, users can track the location of other deployed devices, securely message other linked users, remotely command other tags, and place map objects to provide a complete C3 platform. Harrier lets mobile users track teamed cellular and satellite tracking devices using a custom street and topographic map interface that leverages Blackbird’s dedicated map server to provide a secure visualization system
