The ARA-0548P is a dual port, 225 – 400 MHz, UHF Line of Sight (LOS, Low Angle) and UHF SATCOM (SAT, High Angle) Antenna. It is ideal for high speed and high power SATCOM-On-The-Move (SOTM) operations. This ultra-rugged impact resistant, uv-stabilized, polycarbonate radome is strong enough for a soldier to stand on the edges (250 lbs). The ARA-0548PM can be used with most tactical Multi-Band, Multi-Mode Receivers (MBMMR), as well as all airborne and ground transceivers that accept a 50 ohm antenna impedance. This antenna attaches via a fixed mount with connectors in the center. Magnetic mount version has connectors to the side.
