The Trauma Kit NOW!™ (TKN™) is a revolutionary Individual First Aid Kit with its unique ability to deploy with one hand or even one finger.åÊ The TKN features two main components – a outer pouch with a fully MOLLE compatible Helium Whisper® Attachment System and the inner chassis constructed out of a single piece of ULTRAcomp™ for even greater weight savings.åÊ Built around the Army IFAK, medical supplies are held in place with heavy duty elastic loops.åÊ The medical cross indicator on the front is default red but can be changed to black with the included insert.
