They provide a convenient means to carry multiple Tri-Folds on a Carabiner.
The Ring provides rapid removal of Tri-Folds from a case.
Grasping the outside of the Ring between the index and middle finger allows Tri-Folds to be rapidly secured during restraint of a subject.
