The Personal Role Radio (PRR) is a squad radio that uses advanced 2. 4Ghz Spread Spectrum Technology. Typical operating range is 500m-1km in open terrain with wireless Push-to-Talk up to 2Meters in range. 256 Channels, 16 directly available to the user and operates from 2xAA batteries for greater than 24 hours.

  • Covert, Waterproof, Daylight, Ultralight, In The Ear and Circum-uaral headsets are available for specific mission requirements.
  • PRR, ZPRR, and SPR are all available in Single and Dual switch packs, contact your ADS Rep for the correct downlead.
  • Data and Encryption Options:
  • The ZPRR radio protects voice and data information using AES 128 Encryption: Typical Range performance across the radios operating frequency band is 1km-1. 5km.
  • The Secure Personal Radio’s (SPR): The combination of the SPR with a GPS device provides Real-Time Situational Awareness using tools as BFT, FBCB2, C2PC, Falconview and other applications using Joint Variable Messaging Format. Protects voice and data information using AES 128 Encryption.
